Shape / statistical research
Shape statistics
Capture selected browser observations and the inputs linked to compiled payload slots. Large binary outputs become hashes with numeric summaries.
Uses the inspector’s pinned September collector in a disposable frame. This is a new cohort, distinct from the August collector in the existing ADP history. It does not contact ADP or produce a win/loss verdict.

How to use this data
- Compare the same collector, recipe, payload slot and measurement inputs.
- Use numeric values and summaries for statistical distances. Hashes only establish exact equality.
- Join externally recorded ADP outcomes by capture ID. Device, episode and proxy labels are supplied metadata, not observed identity.
- Trace a difference through the slot’s encoder helper and source PC. Collect a targeted full trace if inputs or unknown bytes prevent interpretation.
General VM bookkeeping, repeated intrinsic operations, clock readings and random values are excluded from the browser-observation view. Encoder-selected values remain available even when their meaning is unknown. None of these choices establishes which signals Shape uses to block.
Capture runs for six seconds, makes one synthetic local request, then settles for two seconds. Completion and coverage are separate: inspect partial captures and all omission counters. The JSON adapter is ?json=true; add &autorun to start explicitly on navigation.
